Maaloua

The legend says Taqla, a noble virgin and pupil of St. Paul was being pursued by soldiers because of her faith. She came to a mountain too high to cross. In her desperation she started praying. Suddenly the mountain split open, showing her a path to escape through. Inspired by this tale, our chocolatiers recreated this sacred mountain with walnuts and an exquisite pistachio confectionery recipe.
